I had written about iLiberty an easy to use application to jailbreak, activate and unlock iPhone. If life was not good enough in the iPhone hacking world, Zibri has just released the latest version of ZiPhone v3.0, an extremely popular tool for automatically jailbreak and unlock the iPhone which new enhancements.

iLiberty: Easy to use Application to JailBreak, Activate and Unlock iPhone

ZiPhone developed by iPhone Hacking genius Zibri has been a very popular application to jailbreak and unlock iPhone.

iLiberty is another application that has been built to jailbreak, activate and unlock your iPhone, so all those facing an issue with ZiPhone could give iLiberty a shot.

Update: I just tried Jailbreaking my iPod Touch with iLiberty+ and it worked like a charm.

I have been trying hard to bring you folks news on the latest iPhone Applications, Hacks, How-to JailBreak iPhone, How-to Unlock iPhone & other iPhone related News but the pace of activity has been so hectic that some did not make it here @ iPhone Hacks.

iPhone Firmware 2.0 build 5A225c Hacked

The iPhone Dev Team have claimed to have unlocked iPhone firmware 2.0 build 5A225c, this is less than 24 hours since the latest firmware version was seeded to developers.

They have provided images to show that they have pawned the latest version of iPhone firmware so that you can unlock it to work with any carrier as well as be able to run your favorite native iPhone applications.

All this they claim is thanks to their new jailbreaking method. You can check out this post to find out all about it: iPhone Dev Team JailBreak & Unlock iPhone Firmware 2.0.

Apple iPhone SDK Beta 2 Released

Apple has released the new version (beta 2) of their iPhone SDK.

XCode 3.1, the source code editor for developing the official native iPhone applications now includes the much anticipated Interface Builder tool which Apple had mentioned during the iPhone SDK event. Developers can use the Interface builder to build their iPhone Application's user interface (UI). The tool includes complete library of iPhone interface assets so you can apparently just drag and drop them onto the canvas for application UI design.

Another Simple method to Add Custom Ringtones to your iPhone for Free

Folks at TeenBuzz have figured out a clever way to add custom ringtones to your iPhone, it doesn't require you to use any iPhone App nor does it need you to do any hacking.

The idea behind their method is to subscribe to a podcast that delivers ringtones to iTunes and allows you to sync them directly to your iPhone.

NES App: First Native iPhone Application for iPhone firmware 1.2 "Aspen" Released

I had reported last week about how iPhone hacking genius Jonathan “NerveGas” Zdziarski had figured out a way to get the unofficial native iPhone applications to work with iPhone firmware 1.2 "Aspen" with minimal code changes and by modifying the headers.

As a proof of concept, Zdziarski had also got one of the unofficial native iPhone application Nintendo Entertainment System Emulator (NES app) running on the iPhone firmware 1.2 to demonstrate it. He has just made the NES app publicly available along with source code making it the first native iPhone application to be released for unreleased iPhone firmware 1.2.

Native iPhone App - Use Drummer to play the Drums on your iPhone

With native iPhone applications such as PocketGuitar - a virtual guitar, iAno - a virtual piano developed by ever-so ingenious iPhone hacking community, I guess the next instrument in the wish-list was a virtual drum pad.

Folks at MooTheCow have risen to the challenge and have developed a native iPhone application called Drummer which turns your iPhone or iPod Touch into a drum pad.

Native iPhone App: IMGrab lets you Download Images from iPhone's Safari browser

A new day and a new native iPhone Application to tell you folks about. This nifty little application seems to have got lost in the blogosphere as seems to have been released almost a month back.

The native iPhone Application is called IMGrab, it lets you save images from websites while you are surfing with your iPhone's Safari browser directly to your iPhone's Camera Roll, letting you do things like browse for wallpapers and instantly download and use them right on the iPhone.
