You might already be using the native iPhone application I am writing about today as it was released way back in December 2007. If not I am sure most of you will start using it as its exactly the application I have been looking for from the time I have been listening to music.

Native iPhone App – iPhone Video Recorder Released
Finally after days of iPhone news & rumors I have a native iPhone application to tell you folks about.
iPhone developer, DreamCatcher has released iPhone Video Recorder which as the name suggests records both audio and video which you can then play back on your iPhone, download it to a computer, or simply send it out by email.
Apple iPhone SDK Beta 4 (Build 5A258f) Released
Apple has released the new version (beta 4) of their iPhone SDK. The new beta build is called 5A258f.
This is the third release after the iPhone SDK was released in March, details of the other two beta versions is available here and here.

Pre-Release iPhone Firmware 2.0 reveals ability to Save Images from Email Attachments
The pre-release version of Apple’s iPhone firmware 2.0 which is currently available only to members of the iPhone developer program has revealed another feature and probably an extension of the feature revealed last week where we will be able to save images straight from iPhone’s Safari browser to the Photo Album application.

We have all been waiting for a native instant messaging application for the iPhone and based on a patent filed by Apple it appears that we might see one soon (probably its high time as well).
The patent has not only reveals Apple’s plans to release the Instant messaging client and whats it going to like and hows going to work but it also provides some interesting details on the features we can expect in the future.
