Mod makes Apple Logo on iPhone's Rear-Shell to Glow

If you are not satisfied with the dull Apple logo on your iPhone's rear-shell then this mod by a bunch of Russian modders where they have replaced the chrome logo with a glowing one is probably the solution you might be looking for.
You can check out the details including the video clip of the modded iPhone after the jump.
Folks at GPDA.ru have been credited for this mod which apparently involves removing the chrome logo and replacing it with a glowing one similar to the one you get on Macbook Pro. As you can see in the video clip below it looks quite cool.
They claim that battery also doesn't suffer a lot and that you have the option to adjust the glow level in the Settings menu in case you find the glow is too bright.
The editor of iPhones.ru has confirmed that the mods are indeed real and has published a video clip of a modded iPhone as seen below.
However, there are no instructions available yet on how to try this mod on your iPhone. It also appears to have been done on the first generation iPhone so not sure it is possible with an iPhone 3G.
If you happen to get some instructions and try it out, don't forget to let us know how it goes.
