iPhone Apps developer, Polar Bear Farm , is giving away their iPhone apps for free to celebrate their first birthday.
Polar Bear Farm are the same folks who had released an app called Search to the jailbroken iPhone last year and the live video recording app called ShowTime when there was no App Store.
In fact we could see their popular Search app on the App Store soon.
Update:
Folks, as some of the readers have reported, the iPhone apps are no longer available for free. The sale is now over.
Polar Bear Farm is a software development company based out of New Zealand which is into designing applications for the iPhone. They call themselves "Creators of Innovative iPhone Applications" (at least in their early days).
All their iPhone Apps, Telegram ($5.99), Note Pad ($2.99), Record ($1.99), and Duck Shoot ($0.99), will be available for free starting October 24th at 12:01AM NZDT (October 23rd, 4:01AM PDT) and will last for a day. So don't miss out on a chance to download the apps for free.
I guess there is no harm in downloading them as they are free and in case you don't like the apps, you can always delete them.
Congratulations to Polar Bear Farm on their first birthday and what appears to have been a very interesting and successful journey for them so far.
You folks can enjoy the occasion by downloading their apps for free.
Let us know which iPhone App you liked the most in the comments.

Hey Folks,
The reason they are no longer free is because the 1 day sale is over (was to end on October 24th, 4:00AM PDT) as mentioned above.
Some readers like Veeru were lucky to download the iPhone apps when they were free.
Sorry to hear you guys missed the sale.
cheers!
It says above that it starts on the 24th (today) at 12:00am and will go for a day…..so how is it over?
@What!
Please read that as:
October 24th, 4:01AM PDT
As I write this comment it is:
October 24th, 9:50AM PDT
So the iPhone apps are no longer free, the sale is over.
Sorry about that.
I downloaded them, they're lame.
