Not happy with the 3.5 inch screen of your iPhone? How about a 58-inch of multitouch goodness?
Folks at Table.Connect have developed a jailbreak app that projects the entire content of iPhone’s screen to the 58-inch multitouch table and also allows them to control it using multitouch gestures on the table.
MacStories reports:
The two guys in the video seem to access the Springboard just fine, they swipe between pages and launch the Photos app. It doesn’t look like a fake, as many readers claimed. The iPhone also seems to be able to output UI elements on that bigger screen just fine.

We have no idea what this will be eventually used for assuming it’s for real but folks at Table.Connect believe that this will open up “wide range of possibilities of multi-person controlled apps”.

If iPhone apps look pixilated and horrible on the iPad. Then it shouldn't even be readable on this thing. Also upload the video of you making it, since that would interest more people than you playing with it.

Yup. I saw someone else mention that too so I took a look and noticed that too. The other thing to notice is that when he "launches" the app, it doesn't do the zoom that it usually does when you open an app. It simply goes to a black screen, which is what happens when you hit the sleep button.

considering jailbreak, there is no problem hooking up an app to work as a service. Regardless if some1 pressed sleep, it'd still run on background and able to provide output – that is not something reliable enough to conclude it's a "FAKE".
On the other hand, the icons and everything looks quite "good", thus it seems the resolution on that 58" display should be pretty high. And I kiiiinda doubt the CPU in iPhone would be powerful enough to support such resolution at that fast pace like it was shown. Therefore it MIGHT be fake.
+ it kinda reminds me of the table they had back in Minority Report

….not to even try sound smart..but u can tell its real, u gotta remema da phones not loadin a normal app, is projecting its image onto a second screen…of course its gonna go black, like connecting your laptop to the tv..plus if you look at what can be seen on his iphone sceen after he unlocks da pad its da same as wen u see it on da table..same amount of mail n evryting
