You can customize quite a few things if you've jailbroken your iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch, one of them is the boot logo.
For example: if don’t like the Greenpois0n animated boot logo after jailbreaking your iOS device using Greenpois0n and want the Apple boot logo then here is a simple way to change it thanks to the BootLogo Addon available in Cydia.

Launch Cydia from your jailbroken iOS device’s home screen.

Then tap on the Sections Tab.

Tap on Addons (BootLogo) from the list.

Then tap on Apple Logo from the list of Addons.

Tap on the Install button at the top right corner.

Then tap the Confirm button.

After the Addon is successfully installed, you’ll be prompted to Restart SpringBoard, tap on the button to proceed.

You still need to change the settings so launch the Settings app and tap on the BootLogo option.

You should now see a list of Boot logos installed on your iOS device.

Tap on the Apple Logo under Built In.
That’s it, you should now see the Apple Logo when you restart your iPhone instead of the Greenpois0n animated boot logo. You can use this method to change the boot logo to anything else.

Yup, it will also work for iOS 4.1, essentially any jailbroken iOS device.
Dont get exited people these boot logos dont work on 4.1 only 4.2 and 4.3 this guy should get his facts right !!!

Yep. Any Cydia bootlogo that’s made AFTER the release of iOS 5.0.1 will work. Simply check the date of the bootlogo release.

Matrix boot logo one did not work, Put phone into safe mode and to reboot many times to get the phone to work normally again
Didn’t even try any other boot logos after matrix one locked my phone up into safe mode.
Yes i know i can do a custom logo with snowbreeze but i don’t think you can do animated ones.

Ok so I have 4.3.3 and when I do this (I use android electrified logo) the apple logo comes up first, and then my logo, and it takes about a minute to load my ipod? anyway to remove the apple logo? I am using redsn0w

why you guys are misleading people by advertising fake unlock companies in your website. You know that there is no unlock available for iphone 4, 4.2.1 with 3.10.1 baseband. It is cruel that you are allowing them to cheat on people and these unlocking people get away with their money.

None of these boot logos are working for me. I have Greenpois0n 4.2.1 and I downloaded the “Apple Boot Logo” and the “Super Mario animated” boot logo and nothing. I also have the latest of Cydia, I’m not sure what else to do
They all work fine for me on 4.2.1 greenpoison jalbreak. My question is where are they stored in ifile (as i assume this is where youd place any custom made ones)
Nevermind i found it. It’s just library/bootlogos. You can create a new folder and add any picture you want to use as your boot logo there. Just rename it 0.png and if you want an animated one just add more pictures naming them 0.png 1.png 2.png etc. They have to be the right size for them to work but you can use any pictures you have even if they aren’t the right size just by taking a screen shot of the picture.

All right. I just downloaded the boot logo and I’ve also added and downloaded something called eclipse I believe. It’s under the boot logo extras section. But when I click on it and when I turn off and then on my iPod nothing shows up. Just the same old boot logo. If you can help-please do!
