Couple of weeks back, Japanese blog Macotakara reported that Apple is planning to hold a special media event in early February to unveil their third generation iPad, which will be available to customers in early March.
They have just published another post in which they now claim that Apple will unveil iPad 3 at a special event in March instead of February, followed by the launch in March.
They also claim that according to their sources, Apple is planning to hold an "unusual" event in February.
I reported that Apple was going to hold Special Event in early February according to Asian supplier and source from united states, but this report told a half-side of truth. Apple will hold "Strange" event at February instead of Special Event.
While the details of this unusual event are not clear, AppleInsider reports that folks at Macotakara have told them that it won't be a product event, so that rules out the possibility of Apple unveiling their rumored Television set.
In the earlier report, Macotakara had also claims that Apple will use the event to also showcase the new features in iOS 5.1, that has been currently seeded to developers.
Last year, Apple unveiled iPad 2 on March 2nd, which was followed by the launch on March 11th, so it is possible that Apple will follow a similar timetable for iPad 3.
It will be interesting to see what Apple plans to announce at the even in February. Any guesses?

We must say some of you have a good sense of humor, but looks like Apple is unlikely to hold an 'unusual' event in February.
They are still shopping for TV components so no way is the launch anytime soon.
