While iPad 3 is expected to look quite similar to iPad 2, the photo for the first time reveals some subtle changes. As you can see in the photo below, the iPad 3 enclosure seems to have a more tapered at the edges than the iPad 2. Due to the longer taper, the camera seems to be placed on the taper itself. It is possible that Apple has gone with this subtle design change to make the iPad 3, which is supposed to be a millimeter thicker due to the Retina Display, feel thinner.
Apple Daily claims that iPad 3 will feature an 8-megapixel camera like the iPhone 4S, which would be quite a significant upgrade to iPad 2's 1-megapixel camera. As you can see in the photo below, the camera lens does seem to be larger than the one found on iPad 2.
Apple Daily also claims that according to their sources, iPad 3 will come with improved display, a quad-core processor and will be unveiled on March 7th, which is in line with rumors we've heard recently.
While we're not too excited about the possibility of an improved back camera as we find it too awkward to use an iPad to take photos, we're looking forward to the new iPad with Retina Display, faster next generation A6 system-on-chip with quad-core processor, improved camera for FaceTime HD and Siri.

The camera is good for taking pictures of documents. Siri, on the other hand, I don’t even use on my iPhone.
True, i spent 700 euros on an ipad 2 and cant even take proper pictures when a i need to
Siri is actually useless, trust me.
Only if you don’t know how to use it or if Siri doesn’t understand what you are saying…
Hopefully a JB comes out for the ipad 3. I cannot and refuse to use an apple product that isn’t jailbroken.
