Tweetbot for iPad - a fully featured Twitter client includes the following features:

- Customizable Navigation. Hide the navigation tabs that you never use.

Unfortunately, Tapbot have not released a universal app, but a separate iPad app, which means that users who bought the iPhone app, will still have to shell out $2.99 for the iPad app.
