Apple has added handy “Tap to Tweet” and “Tap to Post” shortcuts to iOS Notification Center in iOS 6, which allows you to quickly compose a tweet or post on Facebook from anywhere in iOS.
If you’ve jailbroken your iPhone, then you will now be able to do this even in iOS 5.x.x.
iOS hacker and developer – NobitaZZZ has released jailbreak tweaks called InstaTwitter and InstaFacebook for Notification Center, which as the name suggest add widgets to Notification Center in iOS 5 that allow you to quickly compose a tweet or post on Facebook.
It also supports voice inputs in 38 languages.
InstaTwitter for Notification Center and InstaFacebook for Notification Center are currently free in Cydia. The only downside is that it opens Safari to post on Twitter and Facebook, which is not ideal as you exit the app that you’re currently using.
NobitaZZZ has also released InstaSocial for Notification Center, which is a paid jailbreak tweak ($1.99) that allows you to send the tweet or post on Facebook and Google+ without opening Safari. It also allows you to post photos.
