It’s Getting Easier to Get an iPhone 5 as Supply is Starting to Meet Demand

Still looking for an iPhone 5? Tired of wandering store to store? According to AppleInsider and Piper Jaffray it seems that it’s getting easier to find stores with this must-have device in stock.

Although Foxconn still blames supply constraints on how hard it is to make the iPhone 5, sounds like they are starting to catch up with demand:

Gene Munster and his team at Piper Jaffray have been conducting nightly inventory checks at 100 Apple Stores. They found this week that availability of the iPhone 5 at all three major U.S. carriers, including Sprint, was above 20 percent for the first time.

The proof is in the pudding though, so I put this back to you:

Are you having a hard time finding iPhone 5s in stock?

All well and good to say that more than 20% of stores have stock, and 54% of Apple Stores have AT&T in stock, but if can’t find the device you want when you want it.

      Practically, Apple can sell Unlocked Version Anytime, it is an identical hardware with Verizon version. only, IMEI has registered as Unlocked Version on Apple’s server. I believe that Apple has some kind of restriction to sell in USA market.

            that’s nice, I had to pre book at vijay sales. Those guys gave me a waiting time of 15 days.

    Forget trying to walk into a store to buy one. Online is the only way. Question is if you can’t find one by Christmas do you wait for a possible 5s?

      I guess it depends on how quickly you need a new phone.
