AT&T Visual Voicemail Down for Many in the U.S.
Several AT&T customers are reporting that they are unable to access visual voicemail on their iPhones for more than a day now.
The “widespread” problem has reportedly affected a number of subscribers on the West Coast, who complain that they’ve been receiving their voicemails days later. AT&T, on its part, is acknowledging the issue, and says that it is working on a fix.
As a temporary workaround, you could access your voicemail the traditional way by dialling your own phone number from your iPhone.
3 days, 6 hours with no visual voicemail. No relief in sight. Thanks AT&T.
