There have been a slew of apps updated today (or late yesterday). Apps like Draw Something, Scribblenauts, WhatsApp, @Timer, Drafts, and Tweetbot all have something new (even if it’s just UI tweaks). Here’s our list thus far (we’ll update over the day). Plus iWork for iOS received a quick update for Accessibility.

Draw Something Holiday bonuses that were supposed to start December 1st, clearly Apple’s delay in approving the app put a dent into those plans.
Scribblenauts Remix, Holiday updates, Goodie and Baddie avatar pack, improved stability on iPad 1, iPhone 3GS, and iPod touch.
