we don’t need freebies, just get on iTunes and download the apple developer videos in particular 2008 and 2009 WWDC videos , demos and the essential videos for in house app development. all you need for good iOS app is to follow a known driver like apple inc. (as long as You remember submitting a app to apple app store doesn’t cover Your work against copyright infringement and then redistribution of your app is in fact legal ) ironically as stated in other conversation, unless you obtain a merchantability certificate from any local authority (FCC, CE, ICES etc. ) or unless the publisher does that for independent developers and together with copyright submitted to any known int’l or state/government association for authors and publishers, you’re not even guaranteed your app development project is legal. although you’re not liable for any law infringement at the moment, (for selling apps to a market without merchantability authorization) you’re not covered should Your app be copied and redistributed. (as far as i am concerned i cannot recall whether iTunes store obtained the CE or FCC or ICES as a property propagating to iTunes store items too) take care, marc. ) NOTE: no worries, we have friendly ideas and we have no intentions to get either developers or Apple inc in court for selling apps without proper authorizantion however, should You need help for copyright infringement for Your work, we ‘re not gonna be there for You.
