Walmart is currently selling the entry-level 16GB iPhone 5 at a price of $127, the cheapest we’ve ever heard. The device of course comes with a two year contract on AT&T, Verizon or Sprint. The store was already selling the iPhone 5 at a price of $187, and now it’s throwing in an additional $60 discount.
The discount is in-store only, meaning that you’ll have to go to a Walmart store to avail the $127 price.
Here’s what the store says on its site:
Get a $60 discount off the original price in-stores only. Offer requires new 2-year contract or upgrade. Price before discount: $187.00
The 32GB and 64GB models don’t seem to be applicable for the $60 in-store discount. You can find your nearest Walmart store by visiting this link and entering your zip code.
If you’re interested, be sure to head to a Walmart store as soon as possible, and depending on your luck you may or may not have to visit more than one Walmart store, since these discounted units tend to come in limited quantities.
