Reeder 3.2 has just hit the App Store, which brings support for Google Reader alternatives like Feedly and Feed Weangler.

Developer Silvio Rizzi of Reeder, one of most popular iOS apps for RSS, had announced support Google Reader alternatives few days back so we’ve been eagerly waiting for it as Google just pulled the plug on it.

The developers had added support for other Google Reader alternatives like Feedbin and Fever back in April. It already supports Quote.fm, Readability, Instapaper, Pocket, Evernote, Pinboard, Zootool, Delicious, App.net, Twitter, Facebook, Buffer and Mail. It also allows you to add RSS feeds but it doesn’t sync them across devices.

The good news is that Reeder for iPhone is free, so if you have switched to any of the Google Reader alternatives mentioned above then check it out and let us know what you think.

The developer has also working been working on a major update for its iOS and Mac apps, which will be released shortly.

Really nice, waited for that update. Finally I can use my favourite RSS client again since I switched from Google Reader to Feedly a while ago.

Will you please stop incessantly using the phrase “few days back”? You use it to begin sentences and now it’s in the middle of a sentence here. That is grammatic idiocy for a professional writer.
