First video of powered-on iPhone 5C?

We’ve seen several photos and videos of the leaked iPhone 5C parts and packaging.

But here’s the first video of the powered-on iPhone 5C, which was posted by Chinese technology blog C Technology (via MacRumors).

The video shows an iPhone in a plastic red casing. The person demonstrates pinch-to-zoom and scrolling in Safari on what appears to be iOS 7 by visiting the iOS 7 page on Apple’s website.

The shape of the device with the black front panel and plastic rear casing is consistent with previous iPhone 5S leaks. However, it is difficult to confirm if it is indeed a legitimate iPhone 5C as the person demoing the unit also hasn’t given us a closer look of the back casing. It could very well be an iPhone 5 in a plastic case.

C Technology has also posted the photo of a green iPhone 5C with its packaging, as you can see above. It’s similar to the leaked photos of iPhone 5C packaging and manuals, which we posted earlier today, but without the color-matched sticker on the display.

iPhone 5C is rumored to come with iPhone 5 internals, and could be priced between $400 and $500.

Apple is widely expected to launch iPhone 5S and iPhone 5C at a media event on September 10, followed by the launch on September 20.
