Apple announced a new feature for iOS today called Family Sharing, allowing families to share things like credit card information, location, photos, photo streams, and more.
“Once you’ve set up your family as a unit, you automatically share photos, calendars, reminders, or find my friends.”
Once the feature is set up, it allows members of the family to ask the main account owner for permission to use a credit card. For example, kids can now ask their parents for permission to buy apps. Parents can quickly and easily accept or deny these purchases.
