One of the recurring elements of Apple is its overall customer satisfaction ratings, which have been touted over and over again over the years.
Interestingly enough, according to a new report published by the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI), Apple has actually seen a slight decrease year-over-year in cell phone customer satisfaction. The newest report shows that Apple has fallen to a ranking of 79, which is a 2.5 percent decline from the year prior. Moreover, that 79 means Apple is just above the average 78 score that all cell phones showcased in the index.
Samsung, on the other hand, has actually increased year-over-year. The company now sits at the top of the chart with a score of 81, which is a sharp 6.6% increase from the year before. Nokia, Motorola and HTC round out the rest of the list, with 77, 77 and 75 respectively.
What do you think of Samsung’s climb up the rankings?
