Apple continues the inexorable march towards a public launch of OS X 10.10.4 with the latest release of the platform’s beta software.
On Tuesday, June 9, Apple seeded the fifth beta for OS X 10.10.4 Yosemite to developers. It’s official build number is 14E33b. This marks just a two week separation from the release of the fourth beta of the platform at the tail-end of May. The first beta for the software was released in mid-April, so it’s likely that Apple is gearing up for the public launch soon.
For those already running the beta operating system, the update is available through the standard Update Software tool within the Mac App Store. The newest beta release will be available through Apple’s developer portal as well, for those that want to install it that way.
If you’re running the beta software, what do you think of it so far?
