Weekly Roundup: 18 new and noteworthy Jailbreak tweaks of the week (Jan 10)

The newly released tweaks range from enabling users to downgrade their apps to older versions to customizing the app launching and app closing animations in iOS.

NemerovPlus ($1.99): plays a new animation when taking screenshots.

NoPhotoScrubber (Free): removes photo scrubber bar from the Photos app.
