Apple has finally released iOS 9.3 for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch to the public after first seeding developers and public beta testers with it on January 4, and seeding a total of seven beta versions.
Update: Apple has released iOS 9.3.1 to fix an annoying issue which caused apps to become unresponsive after tapping on links in Safari and other apps. So please install the latest iOS 9.3.1 software update. Check our post to download iOS 9.3.1.
iOS 9.3 is one of the biggest update to iOS 9, and includes several new features such as Night Shift mode. Night Shift makes use of the iOS device’s clock and geolocation to automatically shift the colors in the display to warmer end of the spectrum to reduce exposure to bright blue light in the event, to make it easier on your eyes. You can also enable or disable Night Shift via the Control Center.
iOS 9.3 also includes the ability to password and Touch ID protect Notes, revamped News app, new 3D Touch Quick Actions for stock apps like Weather, Settings, Compass, Health, App Store, and iTunes Store, ability to duplicate the Live Photos as a still image, improvements to the Health app, Apple Music support in CarPlay and new Classroom app, which includes the ability to manage multiple Apple ID logins for iOS devices, allowing multiple students to utilize the same device with individualized profiles. iOS 9.3 also brings Wi-Fi Calling support to Verizon Wireless subscribers.

Jailbreakers should avoid upgrading their jailbroken device to iOS 9.3 as one of the golden rules of jailbreaking is to stay where you’re to improve your changes of getting a jailbreak.
If you don’t care about jailbreaking, then you can install iOS 9.2.1 via OTA update by going to Settings > General > Software Update. The size of the OTA update on the iPhone 6s Plus is 312 MB.

Apple has released a new build of iOS 9.3 for iPad 2.
Apple has pulled iOS 9.3 update for the following iOS devices as it was bricking some iOS devices:
iPad 2, iPad 3, iPad 4, iPad Air, iPad mini 2
- iPhone 4S, iPhone 5, iPhone 5c, iPhone 5s
- iPod touch 5G
So you won’t be able to install iOS 9.3 for these devices.
