Apple Support is one of the bedrocks of the Cupertino-based company, and now that dedicated arm has a brand new site to brag about.
The new dedicated site is a big overhaul from the old iteration. With the new “reimagined and redesigned” layout, there are distinct “blocks” that users can access to utilize different support methods.
The first is one dedicated to a search bar, which will bring up a variety of different Quick Links to peruse through. The Quick Links will populate while you search, making it just a tad faster than having to type in the query and then wait for the results page to pop up.
The second block is focused on letting you choose support based on a specific device, while the third block includes a list of “Popular Topics,” where you’ll find support for things like Apple ID and more.

The other set of blocks are traditional support tools, including the ability to find help within the well established Apple Support Communities. The blocks also includes a method to directly connect with Apple Support if that’s necessary, as well as means to check the repair and warranty status of your device.
A few tweaks here and there, along with plenty of the old favorites a bit easier to find, Apple’s new support page is a welcomed change. It goes hand-in-hand with the company launching a dedicated Twitter account for Apple support, which the company launched in early March of this year.
