The iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus goes on sale in 30 launch countries across the world. As it always happens, the first iPhone 7 unit was sold in Australia, with customers queuing up outside Apple Stores to pick up their unit in other parts of the world.
To cope up with the rush of customers, most Apple Stores in the US will be opening at around 8:00 AM local time. However, unlike last years, Apple will not be selling any iPhone 7 Plus units to customers queuing up outside its stores since it has already sold out of its initial stock. The company will only be able to offer some variants of the iPhone 7 to these customers. If you want an iPhone 7 Plus then the best bet would be try at carrier or Apple Authorized Retail stores.

The Australian life reports that five students from south Sydney were the first people in the world to get the iPhone 7. They have been taking turns to wait in line outside the George Street Apple Store since Wednesday morning. They were planning to buy Jet Black iPhone 7 Plus, but they had to settle for matte Black iPhone 7. However, they also got a $100 gift card from the Apple Store for being the first to get the new iPhones.
