Back at the beginning of September, ahead of the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus launch, carriers announced special offers that allowed for future owners to get an iPhone 7 for free, as long as they met a few stipulations.
Most of those, like T-Mobile, included trading in an eligible older iPhone to get a new iPhone for free. At the time there wasn’t any indication when those offers would come to an end, but thanks to T-Mobile’s COO Mike Sievart, we at least know when the Magenta Un-carrier’s offer ends. The executive says that the iPhone 7 offer will end on Sunday, September 25. Until then, potential owners can go into a T-Mobile store, call customer support, or go through the process through T-Mobile’s dedicated site.
The offer covers the 32GB iPhone 7, and T-Mobile will cover the cost of the monthly payments spread out over 24 months. You’ll need to trade in an iPhone 6, 6s, 6 Plus, or a 6s Plus to take advantage of the promotion. The old phone can’t have a broken screen, suffer water damage, and it must power on. You have to own the device, too.
Do you plan on taking advantage of T-Mobile’s offer?
