Apple today released a new ad for the Apple Watch Series 2 titled ‘Close Your Rings – Catch, Swim, Play.’ As the title suggests, the 15-second ad is all about Apple Watch Series 2 owners closing the rings in the Activity app through various exercises.
Apple had previously released an ad for the Apple Watch in January which also highlighted users closing the rings in the Activity app by dancing, running, and rock climbing.
Despite offering incremental improvements over the original Apple Watch, the Apple Watch 2 sold a record 5+ million units in the last quarter of 2016 for Apple.
