Apple has officially seeded the latest version of pre-release software for watchOS, tvOS, and macOS.
Apple today seeded the fourth developer beta of watchOS 4.2, tvOS 11.2, and macOS High Sierra 10.13.2. The pre-releaes software appears to be minor in scope for all three platforms, with no major new features or changes being added to the mix. If there are any new additions released in this fourth developer beta, we will update this post accordingly.

Developers that want to test the next beta seed can do so after downloading the necessary configuration profile from Apple’s Developer Center. After that, developers must download the software via the Apple Watch iOS app.
Once that is done, to install the pre-release software, the Apple Watch must be connected to the charger, have at least 50 percent battery life, and be within range of the iPhone.
macOS High Sierra 10.13.2 Developer Beta 3
To download it, registered developers can head to the Apple’s Developer Center, or, on machines that already have the necessary configuration profile installed, the newest beta can be installed as an over-the-air update through the Update tab in the Mac App Store.
tvOS 11.2 Developer Beta 3
Developers will need to use Xcode and a properly-configured developer profile to test the newest pre-release software for the set-top box.
The new developer betas are available now, so registered developers can update their devices when they see fit. If any new features are discovered in any of the pre-release versions of the software, we will update this post accordingly.
A corresponding public beta of select pre-release platforms should be seeded soon.
The fourth public beta of macOS High Sierra 10.13.2 is now available as well.
