Back in October, Apple’s co-founder Steve Wozniak had said that he won’t be upgrading to the iPhone X, though he did not provide any reasons for it. Now, speaking at the Pivot Summit in Geelong, Woz revealed that Tim Cook sent him an iPhone X which he spent two all-nighters on setting up.
The co-founder said that he likes the iPhone X but still prefers Touch ID over Face ID. He wishes that Apple had put a fingerprint scanner on the back of the iPhone X so as to offer the best of both worlds.
Tim Cook sends Woz an iPhone 10 because he said in an interview he didn’t have time to get one. Spends 2 all nighters setting it up – “I kind of like it” #PivotSummit2017

Despite Apple’s reassurance that Face ID is more secure than Touch ID, security researchers have constantly managed to fool Face ID on the iPhone X using 3D masks and other techniques.
Woz did not say anything else about the iPhone X but its safe to say that the co-founder is now using the handset as his daily driver. He was previously using an iPhone 8 with which he was not that impressed with and found it similar to the iPhone 6. The iPhone X was also the first iPhone to which Woz did not upgrade on day one.
Now that the iPhone X has been on the market for over a month, what do you think about it? Do you think its worth the $999 price tag? Or are you not that impressed with it? What about Face ID? Do you wish that Apple included a Touch ID scanner on the rear of the iPhone X as well?
