Pornhub Launches Free VPN Service VPNhub with Unlimited Bandwidth

Pornhub, yes…Pornhub…that popular porn website which most people visit secretly has launched its own VPN service. Called VPNhub, the VPN service is completely free to use and offers unlimited bandwidth.

Pornhub is offering VPNhub for iOS, Mac, Windows, and Android. It will be available in a wide range of countries, though the countries that have been banned by the U.S. from doing business will not get the service. This includes Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, and Myanmar. In countries like China, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt, the service might be blocked from the government’s side.

“Today, the Internet is rife with hackers, who are growing in number and sophistication, compromising people’s sensitive data. While browsing in incognito may keep users’ browsing history secret, truth is they’re still susceptible to prying eyes, especially when browsing on unsecured public Wi-Fi networks,” said Corey Price, VP, Pornhub. “Here at Pornhub, with 90 million visitors a day, the vast majority of whom are using devices on the go, it’s especially important that we continue to ensure the privacy of our users and maintain their confidentiality. With the launch of VPNhub, users will have access to the world’s fastest VPN, with over 1000 servers in 15+ countries from which to choose. Now, whether they are perusing the Internet while traveling or from an untrusted network, they can do so without worry.”

While VPNhub itself is free to download and use and offers unlimited bandwidth, PornHub is also offering a paid offering with a monthly fee of $12.99. Dubbed VPNhub Premium, it does away with ads and offers faster connection speeds. There’s a 7-day trial available if you wish to see how good the premium service is before making the jump. The paid version will also provide users with the ability to select a VPN server from prime US cities, Australia, Japan, Singapore, and more, while the free account will connect users to their nearest VPN server.

Pornhub says VPNhub has over 1,000 servers in more than 15 countries. The company also promises that it will not log user data or monitor their browsing activity. The free version does show ads for a sustainable business model.

VPNhub is easy to use as well. Simply download the app on your iPhone or iPad and go through the initial setup. After that, the app will prompt you to create a VPN followed by a whirling lock icon and the location of the VPN server you are connected to.
