Apple has now started accepting pre-orders for the iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max, and the Apple Watch Series 4 — two days after unveiling them at its ‘Gather Round’ event.
The new iPhones feature Apple’s A12 Bionic chip for improved processing performance. The iPhone X is an ‘S’ upgrade and does not come with any major changes except for improved water-resistance capabilities, faster internals, and an improved camera dual-camera setup. Alongside the iPhone XS, Apple also has a ‘max’-sized iPhone, the iPhone XS MAx. It comes with a massive 6.5-inch OLED display, A12 Bionic, chip, and the same improved dual-camera setup as seen on the iPhone XS.
The iPhone XS carries the same starting price tag of $999 as its predecessor, the iPhone X. The 6.5-inch iPhone XS Max starts at $1,099 which goes all the way up to $1,449 for the 512GB variant. The iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max go up for pre-orders in the following countries today:
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, China, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Guernsey, Hong Kong, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Japan, Jersey, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, the UAE, UK, US and US Virgin Islands.

The iPhone XR, the $749 iPhone from Apple, goes up for pre-order on October 19 before hitting the retail stores on October 26 so customers interested in that iPhone have a month-long wait ahead of them.
