Apple has shared a new ‘Shot on iPhone Xs’ video on its YouTube channel which highlights the video recording capabilities of the new iPhone.
The video provides one with ‘a first look at’ videos shot on the iPhone Xs, in 4K, slow-mo, and Time-lapse. The video records a number of experiments that Apple engineers tried while recording the video with the iPhone Xs. All the videos do show a great amount of dynamic range and color contrast with minimal noise.
The iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max come with a new and bigger camera sensor with larger 1.4um pixel pitch. Add in the new ISP, Smart HDR, improved camera processing, and other improvements, and Apple says they take absolutely stunning photos and capture videos with stereo sound. The new iPhones also offer improved dynamic range while recording videos at 30fps. In fact, the company says the iPhone Xs captures the ‘highest quality video of any smartphone’
The new and improved camera is among the key new highlight of the iPhone Xs series. Additionally, the handsets also come with a more powerful A12 Bionic chip with an 8-core Neural engine, improved battery life, and more.
