Apple’s 4-day shopping event for Black Friday has gone live in Australia where the company is bundling gift cards of various denominations with every purchase.
If you want the best deals this Black Friday, Apple is definitely not offering them. In fact, the company is not even bundling gift cards with any of its latest iPads or MacBook Pro models. Nonetheless, Apple’s extended holiday return period is active which is perhaps the only reason why one should consider buying the devices directly from the company.
With the Apple TV, Apple is bundling an AUD$35 gift card, while the Apple Watch Series 3 or a Beats headphones will make one eligible for a gift card of up to $AUD80.
On its 10.5-inch iPad Pro, 9.7-inch iPad, and iPad mini 4, Apple is bundling a gift card of up to $AUD140. The company is not bundling any gift card with any of its newer 2018 iPad Pro models.
With Macs, Apple is offering a gift card of up to AUD$280 which includes select iMac Pro, iMac, MacBook, MacBook Pro, and the older MacBook Air. If you are looking to buy a HomePod, Apple is bundling a $AUD70 gift card with the smart speaker.
The deals are applicable for purchases made through Apple’s online store as well as offline stores. All the deals last through November 26 (i.e. until Cyber Monday).
Apple’s Black Friday deals will also go live in the United States and Canada soon.
Apple’s Black Friday deals are definitely not among the best. You can find better deals on MacBook Air and MacBook Pro including the latest variants over at B&H, with the iPad and HomePod also being discounted heavily by other retailers this Black Friday.
Update: Apple’s Shopping Event is now live in the United States as well. The company is giving a maximum of $200 gift card on the purchase of an iMac, iMac Pro, MacBook, MacBook Pro, and the old MacBook Air.
With the iPad mini 4 and 2018 9.7-inch iPad, it is bundling a $50 gift card while the 10.5-inch iPad Pro carries a $100 gift card. With the HomePod, Apple Watch Series 3, unlocked iPhone 8 or iPhone 7, the company is offering a $50 gift card.
Apple is not bundling any gift card with any of its latest products like the iPhone XS, Mac Mini, MacBook Air with Retina Display, or the 2018 iPad Pro.Like this post? Share it!
