In just over a week from now, Samsung will be unveiling the Galaxy S10 trio of devices at its Unpacked event. That, however, has not stopped the Galaxy S10 from leaking left, right, and center. Over the last few days, almost all major details about Samsung’s upcoming flagships have been leaked online.
This time around, Samsung is taking a cue from Apple and adding a third new smartphone to its Galaxy S10 lineup, the Galaxy S10e. The handset will feature the same design language and internal specs as its other two siblings but misses out on all the other new frills like an in-display fingerprint sensor, a higher resolution OLED panel, and more.
Leaked Samsung Galaxy S10 Renders
High-resolution detailed Samsung Galaxy S10 renders have also been leaked (via Twitter) which give one a clear look at the devices. The Galaxy S10 trio is going to feature the same design language that Samsung first debuted with the Galaxy S8 in 2017 and refined further with the Galaxy Note 9 last year. The phones will come with an Infinity-O punch-hole OLED display at the front and a dual or triple-camera setup at the rear.
Leaked Samsung Galaxy S10+ Video
A leaked video also gives us a look at the in-display fingerprint scanner area of the Galaxy S10+. When compared to the OnePlus 6T, the Galaxy S10 and S10+ will seemingly come with a bigger in-display fingerprint sensor area.
Leaked Samsung Galaxy S10+, Galaxy S10, and Galaxy S10e Tech Specs
Worse, the Galaxy S10 specs sheet has also leaked which details all their features, key specs, and more. The leak confirms that the secondary rear camera on the Galaxy S10e and S10 will be an ultra-wide angle one, while the Galaxy S10+ will feature a third 12MP telephoto sensor. The handsets will also be capable of recording videos in 4K from the 10MP selfie camera at the front. Samsung is also going to improve the Super slow-mo video recording (960fps) capabilities on the devices and offer 0.8s of recording time.
The spec sheet also reveals one interesting aspect of the Galaxy S10 series. All three phones will come with a minimum of 6GB RAM and 128GB storage. That’s definitely a commendable move from Samsung and one that Apple should take note of. The Galaxy S10 series will also come with reverse wireless charging along with faster wireless and wired charging. The battery capacities of all three phones have also been bumped for improved longevity.
What do you think about the Galaxy S10 series based on the above leaks? Does it look more tempting than the iPhone XS? Or will you stick to your iPhone? Drop a comment and let us know!
