At this point, leaks and renders have all but confirmed that the 2019 iPhone 11 and iPhone 11 Max will feature triple rear cameras. Further proving that the 2019 iPhones will feature triple rear cameras, Sonny Dickson managed to get a bunch of cases meant for Apple’s upcoming iPhones from a trustworthy and “highly accurate” source.
He also managed to secure cases for the 2019 iPhone XR which is expected to come with dual rear cameras.
Compared to the iPhone XS, the 2019 iPhone 11 will feature a bigger camera cutout at the rear to accommodate the triple camera setup. Additionally, putting the case on an iPhone XS reveals that the side and volume buttons will be moved slightly down on the newer iPhones. It is likely that Apple has had to make this small adjustment due to engineering reasons.
Other than these small changes, the position of the ports and speakers on the upcoming iPhone 11 and iPhone XS lineup perfectly align with each other.
The same story stands true for the 2019 iPhone XR whose case features a bigger camera cutout at the rear for the dual cameras. Unlike the iPhone 11, the side and volume buttons on the 2019 iPhone XR will not be relocated in any way whatsoever and as the button cutouts in the case align perfectly with the 2018 iPhone XR.

The case leak does not reveal much about the 2019 iPhone lineup than what is already known. Leaks have pretty much made it clear as to what we are going to get with this year iPhones: triple rear cameras, improved Face ID, bigger batteries, reverse wireless charging and faster performance. From a design standpoint, Apple is going to switch to frosted glass panels at the rear to give the iPhones a new look.
What are your thoughts on the 2019 iPhone 11 and iPhone 11 Max based on all the leaks?
