Earlier today, Apple released the fourth beta of iOS 13 and iPadOS 13 to developers. The new beta builds are more stable in nature and squash a number of bugs that were present in the previous builds. Apart from that as well, the developer beta 4 of iOS 13 and iPadOS 13 come with a number of changes.

iOS 13 Beta 4: Everything That’s Changed
New Quick Look UI
Quick Look has a brand new UI on the Home screen. Since users frequently end up getting confused about 3D Touch and long press, Apple has also added a Rearrange Apps option in the Quick Actions menu.
The Share Sheet UI has been tweaked with changes in transparency level.
Folders Design Tweak
The background of folders has been tweaked to make them less saturated and blurred. This makes it easier to see the content behind them.
New Voice Message Icon
The voice message icon in the Message app has been revamped.
Favorite and Delete Icon
The Favorite and Delete icon now show up in the Photos app while watching videos.
Floating Keyboard Improvements
The floating keyboard in iPadOS 13 has received a small UI tweak and is rounder than before.
Autofill Password Leaking Bug Fixed
The bug that provided one unauthorized access to the passwords stored by the Autofill feature has been fixed.
There is a new animation while sharing photos in the Photos app.
