Now that the iPhone 11 Pro and the iPhone 11 are out, the jailbreaking community is back to doing what they do best: figure out how to jailbreak Apple’s latest devices.
Raising hopes of a possible iOS 13 jailbreak, security researcher @iBSparkes has managed to deploy a tfp0 exploit on his new iPhone 11/11 Pro in under 3 minutes after the device was delivered. It is possible that this is the same exploit which the security researcher had previously used to gain root access on a developer beta build of OS 13 running on his iPhone 8.

The tease from @iBSparkes does not mean we are soon going to see an iOS 13 jailbreak release for the public though. The developers need to work on this exploit and develop it into a full-fledged jailbreak first which is a tough task. Additionally, Apple is also going to release iOS 13.1 later this week and it is not known if the same exploit will work on it or not.
The bigger issue here is that @iBSparkes needs to first release his tfp0 exploit to the public so that the team behind Unc0ver or Chimera can use it for an iOS 13 jailbreak. Going by his previous track record though, the chances of that happening look pretty slim. Nonetheless, the positive takeaway here is that it is very much possible to jailbreak iOS 13 and A13 Bionic devices like the iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 and that should encourage other developers to find a chink in Apple’s armor.
