Later this week, Apple will release the first public build of iOS 13 for all compatible iPhones on September 19th. However, Apple has not announced exactly when it will release iOS 13 to the public on Thursday. Find out the release time of iOS 13 in your time zone here.
Going by Apple’s previous track record, iOS 13 will probably be released at around 10 AM PST/1 PM EST. Apple has released all of its major software updates at around the same time.

Remember that due to the initial rush, the iOS 13 OTA update download on your iPhone is going to be painstakingly slow. You should ideally wait for a few hours or a day before trying to download the update. Or if you are the eager kind, start checking for updates on your iPhone as soon as the clock strikes 10 AM PST so that you are able to download the update as soon as it is available.
