Two days back Apple’s new Mac Pro and the Pro XDR went on sale. Now we have learned that the first orders are being dispatched and will be delivered as early as Friday.
The folks at Macstadium have orders a couple of Mac Pro. They had ordered right after Apple begin accepting orders and the Mac Pro is expected to be delivered on December 16, which is earlier than what Apple had listed. Initially, Apple mentioned a delivery date of one to two weeks after purchase. However, if you order the Mac Pro now be ready to wait as it will not be delivered until December 31.

The latest Mac Pro comes baked in with eight PCI-express slots. It is worth noting that PCI support will allow you to use existing PC hardware and add peripherals like sound cards and GPUs. The new Mac Pro starts at $5,999 and is aimed at advanced users wanting a powerful workstation. Speaking about the price, the top of the line Mac Pro is expected to cost upwards of $50,000.
The Pro Display XDR has a starting price tag of $4,999, with customers required to buy the Pro Stand separately for $999. There’s also a cheaper VESA mount available for $199. The nano-texture matte coating variant of the Pro Display XDR costs $5,999. The Apple Pro Display XDR is 32-inch in size and offers 6K resolution.
