Apple To Live Stream Today’s iPad Mini Event To iOS Devices, Macs and Apple TVs

Apple will be live streaming today’s iPad mini event to Apple TV owners via a new “Apple Events” app. The app, or “channel,” was remotely added to the Apple TV homescreen just today, and can already be used to stream previous Apple event keynotes.

Apple typically doesn’t provide a live stream of its keynote, although it does make the keynote video available a few hours after the event ends. The last time Apple live streamed an event was in October 2010, when the company hosted its “Back to the Mac” event.
