After waiting eagerly for several months, the evad3rs dev team released evasi0n7, the untethered jailbreak for iOS 7 to iOS 7.0.4 for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch users on December 22, 2013.

Evasi0n is the first jailbreak for newer iOS devices such as iPhone 5s, iPhone 5c, iPad Air and Retina Pad mini. It is also the first untethered jailbreak for iOS 7, which was released by Apple in late September.

Supported iOS devices:

evasi0n7 supports the following iOS 7 devices:

  • iPhone 5s, iPhone 5c, iPhone 5, iPhone 4S, iPhone 4
  • iPad Air, Retina iPad mini, iPad 4, iPad mini, iPad 3, iPad 2
  • iPod touch 5G
