As usual when Steve Jobs unveiled Apple’s new iPhone 4 he didn’t go into the technical details such as the processor speed, amount of RAM etc.
He just told us its “the biggest thing to happen to iPhone since iPhone”.

Apple has just released iTunes 9.2, which brings support for iPhone 4 that will be available on June 24 and iOS 4 that will be released on June 21.
Apple had seeded iTunes 9.2 beta to developers of its iPhone Developer program last week at the WWDC 2010.
Apple has announced that it has received pre-orders for 600,000 iPhone 4’s yesterday, which was a lot higher than it had anticipated. The numbers include the pre-orders placed with carrier partners.
The numbers reported by Apple are despite the issues Apple and AT&T are having with iPhone 4 pre-orders, which makes them even more impressive.
Apple has also apologized for the issues customers faced while pre-ordering their new iPhone.
Apple and AT&T had major issues with iPhone 4 pre-orders yesterday. AT&T is apparently still trying to sort out the issues.
Apart from the massive surge in traffic that caused severe downtimes on these websites, we had also reported about a major security breach that was noticed by several AT&T customers.
Customers had reported that they were able to see private account information of some other user when they logged in to their account on AT&T’s website.
Good news for folks in UK and France. Apple has announced that their customers in these countries can now purchase SIM-free and unlocked units of iPhone 3GS and iPhone 4. We've learned that SIM-free, factory unlocked iPhones will also be offered to Canadian customers in July.
A message posted on Apple's UK website reads:
"When you purchase your iPhone from the Apple Online Store, you’ll get it SIM-free. So you can sign up for service with the carrier of your choice and change your carrier at any time."
Despite the issues Apple and AT&T are having with iPhone 4 pre-orders, BGR reports that AT&T has sold all the iPhone 4s that were available to it for the launch day.
Engadget has also received an email from AT&T confirming they’re sold out for June 24 and will be able to deliver the devices on June 25 or later to customers who pre-order iPhone 4 on their website moving forward.

It looks like Apple has also sold out all the iPhone 4s available for the launch day. In fact, Apple's Online Stores shows the earliest delivery date as July 2nd if you pre-order one now.
