The iPhone Dev Team first told us that they had hacked, jailbroken and unlocked iPhone firmware 2.0, then they published a video to show their Pwnage Tool 2.0 hacking iPhone firmware 2.0, and now they have released a video of what they claim is the "world’s first" jailbroken iPhone 3G.

I had reported yesterday that the iPhone Dev Team had Hacked, Jailbroken and Unlocked iPhone Firmware 2.0 within hours of its release.

They have now published the video clip of their Pwnage tool 2.0 in action. However, after seeing the video I am a little disappointed.

The iPhone Dev Team have released 1.1 version of their PwnageTool application. Also as promised iPhone hacker "cnw" has also released a Windows-based version of the PwnageTool called “winpwn”.

The latest version of the PwnageTool now features the ability to create custom firmware which was one of features missing when it was released.
