9 to 5 Mac now claims that according to their source who had given them information about these new entries in Apple’s inventory system, the N94 next generation iPhone model could come in three storage capacities: 16GB, 32GB and 64GB just like iPad 2.

Japanese blog Macotakara reports that Deputy Director of Research Huang Wenliang of China Unicom executive revealed in a presentation at this week’s Macworld Asia that Apple’s iPhone 5 will support HSPA+ technology. China Unicom is currently the exclusive iPhone carrier in China.
HSPA+ offers a theoretical peak download speeds of 21Mbps (up from 7.2 Mbps), which is marketed by many GSM carriers around the world as 4G technology.

According to some reports, the next generation iPhone will be completely redesigned and will look more like iPod Touch 4G rather than iPhone 4. While, some reports claim that fifth generation iPhone will come with improved specifications such as faster processor, 8-megapixel camera etc. just like iPhone 3G and iPhone 3GS, but won’t feature an all-new design and will look like iPhone 4.

He has also revealed that he plans to use this approach for the iPad 2, thus indicating that iPad 2 users will have to wait for some more time for the eagerly awaited JailbreakMe for iPad 2.
