Verizon has started sending out emails to its existing customers to inform them that Apple’s iPhone will be available for pre-order from 3:00 am EST on February 3rd.
Yesterday, we had heard reports that Verizon started providing details about the iPhone to its corporate customers ahead of the official launch on its network early next month.
Verizon seems to be also offering AT&T’s iPhone customers attractive credit if they trade-in their AT&T iPhone for Verizon iPhone (though its not clear if the same deal is available to non-corporate customer), while AT&T is quietly offering its iPhone customers unlimited data plans to stop them from switching to Verizon.
