As we mentioned yesterday, hacks using Siri Proxy has caught the fancy of many developers as we continue to see developers creating cool plugins for Siri Proxy.
Another developer with YouTube handle phildman14 has created a custom Siri Proxy plugin, which allows him to control devices in his room.
As you can see in the video below, the developer has figured out a way to create a plugin that can pull the curtains, control the lights in a room, turning on the fan and turning off the desk lamp using Siri.
All of this has been possible thanks to SiriProxy created by Pete Lamonica that allows developers to create custom plugins that can intercept voice commands and perform any action that is programmable, scriptable etc.
Developers have created custom plugins so that they can give voice commands to control their car or thermostat or play movies and TV shows with Plex or use Google Voice or control Mac apps using Siri or control Spotify.
Thanks Phil for the tip!
