iKeywi Adds Customizable 5th Row Of Keys To iPhone Keyboard

There are some popular jailbreak tweaks available on Cydia that add more functionality to our iPhone’s virtual keyboard.

iKeywi, a jailbreak tweak that adds a 5th row of keys to iPhone’s virtual keyboard is one of them.

By default, the jailbreak tweak adds number keys in the fifth row, which means you can access them without tapping on the 123 key. You can also gives quick access to some of the commonly used punctuations, or symbols.

The nice thing about the jailbreak tweak is that it allows you to customize the keys in the 5th row via the Settings app to any character you want, even an Emoji character. So if you’re a WhatsApp addict who sends a lot of smilies around, then you can add a smiley character to your iPhone’s virtual keyboard.

Since the height of the keys is adjusted to add the additional row of keys, you have the option to increase the height of the keys if you find them too small.

Please note that it doesn’t work in landscape mode and in jailbreak apps like Cydia and iFile that use root permission.

iKeywi has been updated for iOS 6.x. iKeywi for iPhone and iPod touch is available for $1.99 and iKeywi HD for iPad is available for $2.99.
