Apple has introduced Apple Pay, their new mobile payment system, and with it, a laundry list of retailers, fast food chains, markets and other business partnered up with the plan.
Officially announced at the media event on September 12, Apple confirmed several different reports from past weeks, including the inclusion of companies like Macy’s, McDonald’s, Bloomingdale’s, and Whole Food Markets as partners for their new mobile payment system, Pay.
Several establishments are installing specific devices for this, including McDonald’s at their drive-thru windows.
Apple Pay will also work online for those types of purchases.
