AllCast for iOS lets you stream photos, music, videos to Apple TV, Chromecast, Roku, Xbox, Fire TV and more

AllCast is a popular Android app that lets users stream media stored on their phones to their TVs. The developers today launched an iOS version of the app, with support for streaming to Chromecast, Apple TV, Xbox and a number of other devices.

With the app you can send photos, videos and music to your TV, that are stored on your device or on Dropbox, Instagram or iCloud. Here are all the devices it is compatible with:

  • Chromecast
  • Apple TV
  • Amazon Fire TV
  • Xbox 360, Xbox One
  • Roku
  • WDTV
  • Samsung, Sony and Panasonic Smart TVs
  • Chrome
  • Other DLNA Renderers

While you don’t really require AllCast for an Apple TV as AirPlay is built into iOS, its compatibility with other connected TV devices is quite useful.

AllCast is a universal app, and is free to download, with a $4.99 IAP for premium features like longer video streams and removing ads.
