The Cupertino company will be reportedly unveiling the iPhone 6S and the iPhone 6S Plus with 4.7-inch and 5.5-inch screen, along with the iPhone 6C with a 4-inch screen.

All the three handsets will come with LTPS display panels, which will be supplied by Japan Display (JDI) and LG. The iPhone 6S Plus and the iPhone 6C will also make use of display panels from Sharp.

The handsets will feature Corning’s Gorilla Glass, NFC and a Touch ID fingerprint sensor. While the iPhone 6S and 6S Plus will be powered by Apple’s A9 chips, the iPhone 6C will make use of the Cupertino company’s current generation A8 chip. The iPhone 6C will be manufactured by Wistron while the iPhone 6S and 6S Plus will be assembled by Foxconn and Pegatron.

While not much is known about the 4-inch iPhone 6C, various reports have indicated that the iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus will come with Force Touch and 2GB RAM.

Rumors about Apple launching a 4-inch iPhone this year first popped up in December 2014.
