The iPhone 6s Plus and the iPhone 6s are expected to be minor revisions of the current iPhone 6 Plus and iPhone 6. Both phones will keep the same sized screens (5.5-inch and 4.7-inch), but may use LTPS display panels supplied by Japan Display, Sharp and LG. They also may include Gorilla Glass for scratch and drop protection as well as NFC, Touch ID and Apple’s latest A9 processor. The iPhone 6s Plus and 6s may also feature the Force Touch technology borrowed from the Apple Watch.
Not much is known about the iPhone 6c, but it is expected to be the entry level model with a 4-inch display. This smaller size may also appeal to customers who prefer a smaller phone for its one-hand usage and pocketable size.
